Pratap Chahal is a chef, trained in the kitchens of Gordon Ramsay at Claridge’s and Cinnamon Club. He studied at Kodaikanal International School and now lives in London, running some of its most creative pop-up dinners under the name That Hungry Chef (also on Instagram).
